MediaTek announces Dimensity 7200: its first 4nm midrange chipset

MediaTek has announced the latest addition to its chipset lineup dubbed Dimensity 7200. It’s based on the same 2nd Gen TSMC 4nm process as the high-end Dimensity 9200 and features 5G support, game optimizations, and high battery efficiency. The octa-core CPU has two ARM Cortex-A715 performance cores clocked at up to 2.8GHz, and six Cortex-A510 efficiency cores. In raw performance, the Dimensity 7200 scores just above Snapdragon 7 Gen1 in Geekbench results, as per MediaTek. The graphics unit is a quad-core ARM Mali G610 that scores between 100-120fps on the Manhattan GFX benchmark...
